All you gotta do is tap the camera icon, switch to 'Video' mode, press and hold the record button, and you're good to go!
You open the app, hit the + icon, select 'Video,' hold the record button, and boom, you're filming!
Just open Instagram, tap the + icon at the bottom center, and select 'Video.' Hold the red button to start recording and release it to stop. Easy peasy!
