You can also use a DVD recorder if you wanna go old-school. Connect the PS3 to the recorder via AV cables, record to a DVD, then rip it to your computer.

Honestly, just point a camera at your TV screen if you don't care about high quality. Quick and dirty but it works!

Easiest way is to use an HDMI splitter and a capture card like Elgato. Connect the PS3 to the splitter, and then connect the splitter and capture card to your PC. Record away!

I鈥檝e used a Hauppauge HD PVR, and it worked great! Hook the PS3 up via component cables, connect the PVR to your PC, and use the supplied software to record.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
