I personally use OBS Studio. Just set it up, hit the record button, and you're good to go.
Don't overthink it. Just use any screen recording software you already have, like Bandicam or FRAPS.
Try Nvidia Shadowplay if you have a compatible graphics card. Just press the hotkey, and you're recording!
Honestly, the built-in Windows 10 Game Bar works fine. Just press Win + G and hit record.
