Just press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then hit the 'Y' button to capture the last 30 seconds of gameplay. If you want to start a new recording, press the Xbox button, navigate to 'Capture & share,' and select 'Start recording.'

Easiest way? Use the Xbox button on your controller. Press it, go to 'Capture & share,' then pick your recording option. Simple as pie!

I always press the Xbox button, go to 'Capture & share,' and then hit 'Start recording.' Works every time for me!

Use an external capture card for longer recordings. Connect it to your Xbox Series X and a PC, and record your gameplay there. It鈥檚 a bit more complex but worth it for extended sessions.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
