Got a dead world? Check your save files in the game's directory. Sometimes you can restore an older save. Make sure you back up your saves next time!

I had a similar issue once. I went into the save file folder and renamed the 'slot0000' folder to something else, then back again after starting the game. It somehow worked!

Honestly, sometimes a fresh install can fix corrupt worlds. Save your files, uninstall, and then reinstall the game. Worked for me!

If your Subnautica world is dead, try loading a previous save from the 'Load Game' menu. You may lose some progress, but it beats starting over!
