I had this problem last year. I used the 'Need more help?' link on the login page. They asked for some info to verify I was the owner, and I got it back in a few days.
Quick fix: use Instagram's 'Forgot Password' feature. They'll send you a reset link. Easy peasy.
First, try the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen. Instagram will send you a recovery link via email or SMS. Follow the instructions, and you should be back in no time!
If you can't log in despite the usual tricks, reach out to Instagram support through their Help Center. They might ask for ID.
