You might be out of luck if you didn鈥檛 link your account to a social media profile or use cloud save.
Honestly, if you saved your game progress with Facebook, just log in through Facebook, and it should restore everything.
I once lost my progress and emailed Nordcurrent support at support@cookingfever.com with my account info. They were super helpful!
