If you use PlayStation Plus, check if you have a cloud backup. You might be able to restore your files from there!

Sorry, but once files are deleted on the PS3, there's no way to get them back unless you had a backup somewhere.

Man, I lost a save on my PS3 once. Unless you backed up your data to an external drive or the cloud, you're out of luck.

Try using data recovery software that supports the PS3's file system. Some users have had success with that!

Hot take: Backups are your best friend. Always keep a backup on an external drive or in the cloud. Prevention > Cure.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
