If you deleted messages by archiving, you can unarchive them. Go to 'Messages', click 'More' and then 'Archived'.
You may still have the messages in your email if you had email notifications on. Worth a shot checking your inbox!
Honestly, if it's gone, it's gone. Next time, consider backing up important convos to avoid this problem.
