Been there, done that. If you use Facebook Messenger on your phone, try checking your device's backups, like iCloud or Google Drive, to see if the messages are there.
Unfortunately, once you delete messages on Facebook, they're gone for good. Best to archive instead of deleting next time!
Deleted messages stay deleted. Archive them instead if you think you might need to revisit them later.
