First, try logging in and follow the prompts to recover your account. If you're asked to upload an ID, go for it! Facebook usually asks for a photo ID to make sure you're, well, YOU!

I got my account back by contacting Facebook Support directly through the Help Center page. It took a little while, but it worked!
