Speaking from experience, I thought all was lost when I switched phones. But once I logged into the game with my Google account (same one I used on the old phone), all my lush carpets and glittery chandeliers were right where I left them. Make sure to use the same account you initially played with!
Just reinstall and log in. If it doesn't pop back, got bad news for ya.
