LOL, been there! Try searching for your account on Facebook and use the 'Report this profile' option to claim it's yours. You'll get steps to verify your identity.
I managed to recover mine by contacting Facebook support directly through their Help Center. They asked for some ID verification and details about my account. Took a bit of time, but it worked!
