Had the same issue once! Just logged in with my Facebook account that I linked before and everything was back.

If you lost access to the linked social media account, contact PUBG Mobile's customer service. Provide as many details as possible about your old account. They might ask for your in-game name, user ID, and the approximate date you started playing.
