Contact EA Support if you're stuck. They can often help recover lost game data if you provide them with the right info.

To recover your old Sims FreePlay game, log in with the same Facebook account or EA account you initially used. Your saved data should sync automatically!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you never connected your game to a cloud save or social account, recovering it might not be possible.

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
