Honestly, you need to call Sony customer service. They deal with this all the time, and they鈥檙e pretty helpful.
I once had this issue, and I managed to recover my PSN password by contacting PlayStation Support through their live chat. They asked a few security questions, and I was good to go!
Try checking if the DOB is the default one鈥攍ike 01/01/1970. Many folks use those for accounts they don't expect to need DOB for.
Call customer service. It's the only way to go if you forgot your DOB.
