Just sync it with your FB account, dude. If you linked Subway Surfers to your Facebook, reinstall the game, log into your Facebook within the game, and it should restore all your hard-earned progress. Worked for me when I switched phones last year!
Email their support! Include your username, describe your problem, and they might be able to restore your account. Always worked for me in other games.
