Easy peasy! Just go to the login page, tap 'Forgot password?,' and follow the instructions to reset it. If that fails, hit up Instagram's support for help.
First-hand experience here: Use the 'Forgot password?' link, and if you've linked your account to an email or phone, you'll get the reset link in no time. It worked for me!
