Recruiting Alcina is easy—she’s an automatic recruit after you defeat the Necromancer at the end of Chapter 2.
To recruit Alcina in Unicorn Overlord, you’ll need to complete the side quest “A Hidden Legacy” in chapter 4. Afterward, she joins your party automatically.
Find Alcina in the Enchanted Glade and complete the events there by choosing the dialogue options that favor her. That should do the trick.
Just play through the main story. You can't miss her.
