First, you need to beat Raditz in battle. Then, use a Zenkai Attack to knock him out of the ring. He should join you after that!

From my experience, it took a few tries to get Raditz to join. Keep fighting him and be persistent!
Just beat him, guys. It's that simple!
Look for Raditz in the West Area map. Fight him a few times, and eventually, he'll join your team.
Raditz is a bit tricky. Defeating him isn't enough; you need to ring him out with a Zenkai move to recruit him.
