As someone who's spent way too much time in PLS DONATE, I can tell you that all donations stay in Roblox as Robux, which means you can only use it for in-game purchases.
You can't turn Robux from PLS DONATE into real cash, but hey, at least you can splurge on that cool avatar outfit, right?
