Impossible to redo a side mission on the same character. Sorry, folks.
I had to create a new character to redo side missions. Tedious but hey, more loot and XP!
Once you've completed a side mission, you can't replay it on the same character. But, you could always roll a new character or jump into someone else's game to get that sweet side mission action again.
