Go to the PlayStation Store on your PS3, head to 'Download List' in the 'Account Management' section, and you'll see your previously purchased games. Just hit download next to the game you want!

Log into your PS3 with the account that bought the games. Go to the 'Download List' under the PlayStation Store, and start re-downloading.

From the XMB menu, navigate to 'PlayStation Network' -> 'Account Management' -> 'Transaction Management' -> 'Download List.' You'll see all your previous purchases there.
