Close background applications while playing. Your PC will thank you, and you'll get shorter load times.
Disabling the 'Enable Campaign Effects' in the graphics settings can also give you a smoother experience and reduce load times.
If you have a lot of mods, try disabling them temporarily. Some mods can significantly increase load times.
Honestly, upgrading your RAM can be a game-changer. Go for at least 16GB if you can.
