How to Reduce Rads in Fallout 4
Easiest way? Pop a RadAway, and boom, you're good as new. If you're out of RadAway, find a doctor in any settlement, and they'll fix you up for a few caps. Don't forget about those decontamination arches, too, if you've got one in your settlement. Oh, and keep an eye out for food and water that doesn't give you rads; it's out there!

Rad-X, my friend, prevention is better than cure! Take one before you dive into those radiated waters or storm through a glowing sea. And if you're already glowing like a Christmas tree, RadAway will scrub those rads right off.
Find a suit of Power Armor and live in it. Who cares about rads when you're basically a walking tank?
Just don't get irradiated, lol. But seriously, RadAway and doctors are your go-to.
