To refine void relics, head to any Relay and find the Void Relic Refinement console (usually in the Relic Segment). Choose your relic and spend Void Traces to upgrade its quality from Intact to Exceptional, Flawless, or Radiant. Happy farming!

Just go to your Orbiter, access the Void Relic Refinement station, and use Void Traces to refine your relics. Easy peasy!

Refining relics is a no-brainer. Hit up the Relic Refinement station on your ship, pick the relic, and use Void Traces to level it up. Done and done!
