To refund a game on PlayStation 5, you need to visit the PlayStation Support website and submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase. Make sure you haven't downloaded or streamed the game; otherwise, you're out of luck!
I've done this before! Go to the PlayStation Support page, choose 'Refunds' from the options, and fill out the form. Make sure you do it within 14 days and haven鈥檛 played the game yet.
