I had to do this last week! Go to the official [PlayStation support site](https://support.playstation.com) and look for the refund section. They'll guide you through the process.

Just head over to the PlayStation Store, select 'Request a Refund' under 'Purchase History,' and follow the prompts. You'll need to make sure the game hasn't been downloaded or streamed first!
