Go to the PlayStation support website, and find the refund request form. Fill it out, and Sony will review your request. Easy-peasy!

Having dealt with this myself, I can tell you: head to the PlayStation Store on your PS5, find the purchase history, and select the item you want refunded. Then follow the prompts to submit a refund request.
