Sadly, Apex Legends doesn't offer direct refunds for in-game purchases like skins or characters. Once you buy something with Apex Coins, it's pretty much yours for good. But, if you bought Apex Coins and haven't spent them, or if there's a technical issue like a duplicate purchase, you might have a shot. You'll need to contact EA's customer service directly for that. It's all about the context of the purchase!
Actually got a refund once! Bought coins but they never showed up in my account. Contacted EA Help, proved my purchase, and boom, got my coins later. It's rare, but if there's a glitch or error, they actually help you out.
