I've used the refund system before. Just follow the steps in Settings > Account and Privacy tab. Worked like a charm for me!

You need refund tokens to get your V-Bucks back. If you've used all three, sorry, you're out of luck!

Open Fortnite, go to the Settings menu, and select the Account and Privacy tab. Under 'Return Request', you'll see if you have any refund tokens. Use one to refund your purchase!
