You can request a refund for PlayStation Plus by contacting PlayStation Support through their website or chat service. They鈥檒l guide you through the process. Just make sure you do it within 14 days of purchase.
Good luck getting that refund. Sony's policy is pretty strict about only refunding within 14 days and if you haven't used the service.
First-hand experience here: I contacted their customer service via chat to get a refund on my PS Plus. They were super helpful, but make sure you haven't used the service at all since they can be strict about that.
