Epic Games actually doesn't allow you to refund V-Bucks for real money, but you can refund items you bought with them within 30 days using a refund token.

I've tried before, trust me, you can't convert V-Bucks back to cash. Best you can do is use them in-game or refund items for more V-Bucks.

Nope, can't do it! Once you buy V-Bucks, they're stuck in your virtual wallet forever.
