Hope you haven't used all your refund tokens yet! Go to Settings > Account and Privacy > Submit a Request. Choose the item ya want to refund and confirm!

I did it last week! Just go to Settings > Account and Privacy > Submit a Request. Select the item, hit refund, and you're good to go.

Head to the 'Settings' menu in Fortnite, then select 'Account and Privacy.' Look for the 'Submit a Request' option. You can refund up to 3 items using your Lifetime Return Requests!
