Refunding your whole Fortnite account isn't possible. Your best bet is to sell your account if that's something you're considering, though it's against Epic's terms and conditions.
I tried to refund my whole Fortnite account once, but it's a no-go. You gotta refund items one by one within the allowed timeframe.
There's no way to refund your whole account. You can, however, refund specific skins or items if you haven't used them yet.
