Just keep two armies close to each other on the campaign map. They’ll support each other in battles.

To reinforce your armies in Total War: Three Kingdoms, place another army nearby before entering battle. They'll join the fight automatically!

Want reinforcements ASAP? Move your reinforcement army next to the main force, then attack. Easy peasy.

In my experience, ensuring your reinforcements are within marching distance is key. They join the battle when you engage.

Make sure your armies are within each other’s zone of control. This triggers the reinforcement mechanic during combat.
