First, try performing a soft reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds and then restarting. If that doesn't work, you can do a factory reset from the Settings -> System -> Console info menu. Pick Reset and keep my games & apps.

Here鈥檚 a quick fix: Hard reset your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it back on. If that doesn't work, go for a factory reset in Settings, but choose the option that keeps your games and apps.

Just reset your Xbox One. A quick factory reset usually fixes Microsoft Store issues. Don't worry, your games and apps are safe if you pick the right option in the settings.

Factory reset is your best bet. Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset and keep my games & apps. This fixed my Microsoft Store problems.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
