Hey, it鈥檚 easy peasy! Go to the PS4's main menu, select 'Library,' then 'Purchased,' and finally redownload the Season Pass under Street Fighter V.

From personal experience, just hit up your 'Library,' find SFV, go to 'Your Add-Ons,' and reinstall the Season Pass. Works every time for me!
