You can't exactly "relocate" a baby, but you can move the entire household to a new home! Just go to the home store, tap on the relocation button, and select the new house. Your baby will come along for the ride!

I've moved a sim baby before! Go to the home store, choose the house relocation option, and your baby will automatically move with the family. Easy-peasy!
