Alright, it's pretty simple! Just tap on the house you want to move, then select the 'Relocate Household' option. Pick an available lot and boom, you're done!
Pay attention: make sure the new lot has enough Simoleons for the move, or else your Sims might end up homeless... Just kidding, they'll nag you until you pay up.
Easy peasy! Tap the house, hit 'Relocate Household,' and pick a new lot. Done and done.
