Just log into your Spotify account, go to 'Account Overview', and select 'Sign Out Everywhere' to boot all devices. Easy peasy!
Signing out from all devices and changing your password is the best way to make sure no unwanted device has access!
Open the Spotify app, head to 'Settings', find 'Devices', and remove the device you want to kick out. Adios, device!
From experience, signing out everywhere gave me a clean slate to start fresh on just the devices I wanted!
