Just go to the base management screen, click on the outpost in question, and hit 'Abandon Outpost'. Works every time!
Been there, done that – go to the base menu, find the outpost, and click ‘Abandon Outpost’. It'll free up a slot for a new one!
Go to the base menu, select the outpost, and choose to abandon it. Simple as that!
Why would you even remove an outpost? They're super helpful! But if you must, just navigate to it in your base menu and abandon it.
