Actually, I don't think you should delete posts. Just archive them; you never know when you'll want to bring them back.
Head over to your profile, find the post, tap the three dots, and select 'Delete'. Boom, it's gone.
Easy peasy! Just go to the post you wanna remove, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, and hit 'Delete'. Done and dusted!
