Easy peasy! Just open your playlist, click the three dots next to the song you want to remove, and hit 'Remove from this Playlist'. Boom, gone!
I tried removing a song once and it worked! Just clicked the menu icon next to the song and selected 'Remove'. Spotify makes it a smooth process.
