You can remove an account from your PS4 by simply logging out. Go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management, and then Delete User. Just make sure you don't delete the account itself on the PlayStation Network!

Remove the user from the PS4 by going to Settings > Login Settings > User Management and then selecting 'Delete User'. This won't delete the actual PSN account.
