Honestly, my best tip is to just delete the app entirely and then reinstall with only the account you want to use.
Hop onto Instagram, tap your profile icon, hit 'Settings', then 'Accounts Center', and choose the account you wanna kiss goodbye. Easy-peasy!
If you've got multiple accounts set up, just log out from the one you want to remove and voil脿, it's gone!
