How to remove an Instagram account from your phone
Open the Instagram app, go to your profile, tap the 3 lines in the top right, select Settings, then scroll down and tap Log Out. If you want to remove multiple accounts, you might need to log out of each one separately.

Honestly, just delete the app. Then reinstall and log back in with the accounts you actually want.
Sometimes, I just delete the app and reinstall it while logging back in with only the accounts I need. Works like a charm!
