From personal experience, go to your profile, navigate to 'About,' then 'Contact and Basic Info.' Click the pencil icon next to your birthdate and hit 'Remove.' Boom, you're done!
Actually, it's super simple! Just change your birthdate privacy settings to 'Only Me,' and voila鈥攏obody but you will see it!
