Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Payment Methods, then select the card and choose 'Remove.' Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

Just head over to the Settings menu, navigate to Account Management, then Account Information. From there, choose Wallet and Payment Methods. Select your card and hit Remove. Done and done!

On your PS4, hit up Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet. From there, find Payment Methods, pick your card, and delete it.
