Easiest way: Log into your Microsoft account, head to 'Manage how you sign in to Microsoft,' then just remove the email you don't want.

You gotta go to account.microsoft.com > 'Your Info' > 'Account Info' > 'Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.' From there, you can remove the email address.
